Donald Mac Donald has 30 years experience as founder and president of Rooter-Man, Corp. and 20 years as CEO of ACorp, franchisor of Rooter-Man sewer and drain cleaning services. He is a leader in the drain cleaning industry and nationwide franchise operations.

A strong promoter of business success, Donald is a coach and mentor to new as well as established businesses and has founded many startup companies in the sanitation field, contracting, land development, business brokerage and real estate sales. His wealth of experience spans several fields including multimedia production, sales, publishing, marketing, teaching and business consulting.

A former vice Thai Consul to the Boston Royal Thai Consulate, Donald is an elected town official and serves on several town committees. He is active in his civic duties and serves on the Board of Directors for numerous nonprofit organizations and corporations. Donald is also the producer and host of the public access television show, "Meeting House Forum."

Donald earned his Teaching Certificate from Fitchburg State College and instructed Industrial Arts at the ITT Technical Institute. He further pursued his education at various university extension schools with a concentration in the formation, structure, and operation of first owner enterprises as well as political and economic success motivation. Donald has presented his "Key to Success Series" seminars internationally to numerous groups throughout the plumbing and business fields.

ROOTER-MAN PROFILES BECKY ROLLAND
PUBLIC RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Becky joined the ROOTER-MAN team this year as our Public Relations Specialist. She is primarily responsible for writing Success Stories, Press Releases and articles for trade publications. She has eight years managerial experience in the retail service industry and is the owner of a paralegal service firm and commercial writing company. Becky has a strong interest in promoting small business and community involvement, and conducts numerous how-to seminars in order to share her expertise. Her articles have been published in trade magazines, local newspapers, and various newsletters. She received Bachelor of Arts degrees from Louisiana State University in English and Sociology, and her Paralegal Certificate from Salem State College.
