LICENSE FEES

The initial, one time license fee is based upon the population of the territory. The population of the territory is multiplied by $31.80 and this equals the initial License fee. Minimum initial license fee is $3,975 even though the population of the territory may be less than 125,000. Population figures are taken from latest available US Census statistics.

To help pay the administrative cost of a national organization, you pay a small monthly fee to us, the parent company. This monthly fee is .80 per thousand population, with a minimum of $65./month. In addition, an advertising fee of .08 per thousand population with a minimum of $10 per month. These moneys are set aside to pass direct benefits back to our dealers. A share is allocated to certain supplies, forms and promotional materials continually provided to dealers at a minimum cost. Examples of this include truck-decals, evaluation cards, newsletters, radio advertising, tapes etc.

Recognition to most of the others in the drain cleaning
trade.

FEES – The initial ground floor fee is $31.80/thousand,
approximately 1/3rd the cost of all other franchises in
our trade.

 

*Rooter-Man franchise fees are based on a one time fee to become a member of the franchise,
plus a LOW ongoing maintenance fee that is not tied to the profitability of your business.
Both fees are based on the size of the territory you select.
