Just a note to express 'our' appreciation to you for giving us relief from our 'plumbing' problem. Especially do we thank you for the follow-up in coming yesterday (Thurs) morning and power snaking the sewer line to get it 'flowing' again, but also DJ who gave it his best shot the day before and carried to you, his concerns that the problem hadn't been resolved. It is rather uncommon, I think, to find business people who are willing to go the second mile as you did for us. We both are so grateful for the availability, once again, of our facilities. Thanks again so very much!

Aloha, Mahalo Nui Loa for such fast service. The guy that you sent did a very good job also very clean, "that's a Plus!" Please don't forget to call and let me know what day we're scheduled for pipe repairs.

Aloha: Mac, please put this beautiful letter from one of our Hawaii customers in your news letter. "Mahola Nui Loa" as she writes, means "thank you much" or "big thank you" in Hawaiian. The service tech that did the nice job is Dowyne Keawahone.

Dowyne was born and raised in Hawaii and never left the island until he worked for Rooter-Man, on two occasions we had to send Dowyne from Hawaii to Peabody Mass, when Peabody was short workers. What an experience for him! Dowyne's photo while in Boston is enclosed. It was too cold for him to stay past October, so we went him home as soon as we trained another tech. Enclosed please find a couple pictures of the home show that Rooter-Man Peabody Mass. Entered in April. We had great response from new and old customers.
