DO YOU RELATE TO YOUR WORK?
Do you look forward to going to work, or dread the very thought
of it? In addition to the stress of pure physical overwork,
quite often we feel pressured by "too much to do and not enough
time." Some of us are simply bored with our jobs. Others feel
attacked or pressured; some fear job loss, or feel inadequate
to the task. Many work in bleak surroundings or haven't developed
the time management and organizational skills that help to make
work pleasant and efficient. A poor relationship with your work
may be causing you more stress than you may realize, so do what
you can to improve it.
