TO: RooterMan PortsmouthOn Friday (4/30), we noticed a clogged toilet line from our downstairs half-bathroom. It was affecting our kitchen sink and our laundry appliances. We contacted your office on an emergency basis, and we received a call back from Anthony D.Anthony was willing to make an emergency service call that evening, but we opted to have him come to the house early on Saturday morning (5/1). Anthony spent a bit more than an hour on-site at our house and solved the clog problem very efficiently and deftly. When he left us at about 10:15 a.m., all was back to normal, and the toilet in our half-bath was operating normally. A really threatening situation had been avoided in that we originally feared the clog might have been in our main line out to the city sewer line, and that plumbing line exits our house and sits directly UNDER OUR DRIVEWAY!Anthony was courteous, respectful and very sensitive to our needs. He's clearly a highly skilled technician who knows his craft extremely well. It was a pleasure to partner with him in order to solve our plumbing problem.
