Gaige and Rooter-Man Did an Amazing Job
On a Sunday afternoon (of course), we had a main line drain blockage that prevented any use of sinks, toilets, etc. We called a handful of plumbers/drain people. John called us back within 10 minutes and sent Gaige, their technician, out to evaluate and fix the problem.
All I can say is I’m glad I answered John’s callback. Gaige was friendly and focused and got to work. Gaige cleared two blockages from an outside cleanout and from inside (had to pull the toilet). The work was neat and efficient. He had all the right tools, and the job was completed within a short time. As a realtor for over 25 years, I’ve seen all sorts of vendors, some good, some not so good. Gaige and Rooter-Man did an amazing job. The work and price were both awesome. They’re now on my “here’s who you need to call” list when my clients ask for a vendor referral.

Our 3 toilets would not flush, and when we tried plunging them, water came up through our shower drain. We called our plumber who immediately recommended Rooter-Man. We called Rooter-Man, explained our problem, and he was at our house within an hour.
