1970

RooterMan was founded by Donald MacDonald in North Billerica, MA, with one goal in mind of giving homeowners a drain and sewer service they could actually count on. From day one, the business ran on showing up fast, communicating clearly, and charging a fair price. That foundation did not stay local for long.

1981

RooterMan began franchising in 1981, bringing the same standard of service to communities across the country. To us, franchising meant selecting owners who were invested in their local markets, not just operators looking to fill a territory. The result was a growing network built on the same values the brand started with.

Present Day

Today, RooterMan operates across 70 Service locations, serving 600+ territories in North America, with communities from coast to coast and beyond the continental US. Every location is locally owned and operated by a member of the community it serves.
